Random Tip
If you have a cast-iron pan (ours is a grill pan), you know that the handle can get hot as well. This may be common sense, but I thought it was genious when I first did it! I put an oven mit or a pot-holder that goes on your hand over the handle once I get it out. That way I’ll never burn my hand.

i made one of these for hubby for our first Christmas together. unfortunately we haven’t had as many opportunities as we hoped to travel so ours looks sad with the lackage of pins 🙂
