We came home after cabinet installation day 1 to find the sink area of the kitchen completely installed. The stove area had not made as much progress, but that’s ok.
Since we have crazy tall ceilings in our place, we went with the 42″ cabinets on top. Man those things are TALL! We’re going to have to keep a footstool around so I can reach the top shelf…
The cabinets are from Home Depot. They’re Thomasville with a Cabbott door. The wood is maple with the cider stain.

I love those high pub style tables. Crate and Barrel makes great furniture, but I gotta agree, their cost is sometimes a deterrent.
