Avon Walk Weekly Check In
It’s time for my weekly checkin for how my Avon Walk training. If you’d like to see my full training calendar, check it out here or on the left sidebar of my blog.
Miles walked last week: 5.1 – I decided to move today’s 3 mile walk to tomorrow because we’re really busy today and I have some free time tomorrow night.
Minutes doing cardio: 78
Minutes doing cross training or weight lifting: 0
Thoughts on training so far: I didn’t get any blisters this week, although I did all my training on a treadmill. It’s been really cold here in Boston, so there’s no way I’m walking outside at this point!

I am Jen the Beantown Baker. Engineer by day and baking maven by night. Hubby serves as my #1 fan and official taste tester. We got hitched back in 2006. Barefoot. In the sand. With the waves crashing behind us. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

Happy holidays! I noticed the new design a few days ago and really like it! Very clean and the colors are great. You might want to change the font color of your responses to comments – looks like they’re green on purple and are hard to read without highlighting the text. But everything else looks great and it looks super nice!

Thanks! It has been a lot going on all at once, especially with the holidays thrown in the mix too.
