Avon Walk Weekly Update

It’s time again for my weekly Avon Walk update. If you’d like to see my full training calendar, check it out here or on the left sidebar of my blog.

Thoughts on training: Another sad week training wise… We had family in town to meet my baby nephew, so I was really busy with that all week and all weekend.

Thoughts on fundraising: I’ve decided to stop actively fundraising. I plan to do the walk next year, so I’m hoping that my friends/family members who haven’t donated this year will do so next year. Once all the matching gifts show up on my total, I will reach my goal of $2,500.

Miles walked last week: 2
Minutes doing cardio: 0
Minutes doing cross training or weight lifting: 0
Total $$ raised: $2,365

Thanks to everyone who has donated so far! If you’d like to donate to support my walk, you can make a donation on my Avon Walk page.

It looks like a wonderful family filled Holiday, I do get a kick out of the fact that you moved from MA and then bought a “Cape Cod” house. 🙂

Sounds like the perfect holiday to me! Your house looks adorable. So happy you got to host Thanksgiving this year – it really is just a fun holiday!

Thanks! Thanksgiving is definitely my favorite holiday of the year. I’m tempted to offer to host every year, but I think Hubby would strangle me.
