CSN Giveaway Winner!

Thanks to everyone who entered in my CSN Giveaway. I loved hearing about how close or far off people were from finishing their holiday shopping. In the past week, I’ve been able to finish the rest of mine (all online of course), except Hubby, my mom, and a few people who are getting homemade gifts.

As always, I used Random.org to choose a random number between 1 and 156 for me.

It chose #17, who is Amanda from Manda Lee Gifts. Amanda said she got some of her shopping done before Thanksgiving and even more on Black Friday. I hope this $55 gift certificate helps you finish up!

Amanda, shoot me an email and I’ll send your prize code right over.

Be sure to check back next week because I’ve got two great giveaways coming up!

I prefer chewy cookies over crispy too! I bet the toasted pecans added some great flavor and crunch!

OMG. I made these about two months ago and loved them so much, but didn’t have toffee. So I want to make them again but it took me an hour to find you site again since I couldn’t remember where I found it. Luckily your story about not knowing you husbands favorite cookie stuck in my head so I just kept looking. (It was the term “unsweetened” in front of coconut that finally found it for me)

Here I go to test the recipe in its fullness!
