My 5 Favorite Cupcake Recipes from the Last Year

Can you guess what happened this weekend? My blog turned 4! How exciting is that?

This week I’m going to highlight some of my favorite recipes from the past year. I hope you enjoy my little trip down memory lane here. First up, is obviously the cupcake. I made quite a few that really just stood out as absolutely amazing!

i grew up on boiled vegetables and soggy potatoes (blech) so when i grew up and started roasting everything to crispiness, it was a revelation

That is a good point about side dishes bringing a meal together. I have been trying to be better about including them in my weekly menu planning.

I made the butternut squash and spinach casserole last year, and it was FANTASTIC. It makes a ton, too! Wow, it was so good, I can’t wait to make it again.

I’ve made your fire roasted ketchup twice this summer, it is awesome! So easy and so tasty, it really adds pizzaz to burgers.
