And last, but not least, I bring you my 5 favorite cake, pie, and other dessert recipes. It was a great year for cakes as I really embraced layer cakes this past year.
I hope you have enjoyed my week of favorite recipes from the past year! I loved going back through my posts from this past year even though it was pretty tough to narrow each category down to only 5 recipes!

I just made chocolate espresso cupcakes with the chocolate chip cookie dough icing. They taste delicious. Not very esthetically pleasing since I’m not too good at piping the icing, but who cares since they taste so good. 🙂
