    That looks like a good rub I like a lot of those ingredients but you dont have to put them in the oven you can wrap them in heavy duty foil then grill then unwrap then grill and baste with whatever sauce you have.There are some more good tips and recipes at http://www.cookingandgrillinoutdoors.com

    Yea… Hubby misses having a grill. At our old house, we grilled almost every night in the summer. Now we live in a tiny condo in Boston and we have no where to have a grill 🙁
