Well, this is the first I’m hearing about it (I am not a food blogger, just a reader). And, I am excited to see more! Looking forward to it.

Aww, good luck with it! Been reading your blog for a while now, and love all the recipes. I do have a question though … when a recipe call for just egg whites (or just egg yolks), what do you do with the other half of the egg that you’re not using?

I feel wasteful if I throw it away, but I don’t really know what else to do with it. It’d be great to know what you do! Thanks 🙂

    Seine,

I try to find a recipe that uses the other part of the egg. If I can’t use it immediately, I store them in the fridge for a couple days. Egg whites are great in omelets!
