I loved reading about how roasting the cherries brings out such a deeper, more sophisticated flavor compared to eating them raw. It is funny how we can have such different textures preferences even when we share a love for baking. When I am not testing out new dessert ideas, I usually spend my time creating musical loops and experimental sound layers over at Sprinki Sbrunga.
