National Can It Forward Day
It’s here! National Can It Forward Day! I’m excited to be partnering with Ball to help spread the word about canning. Some of my friends are coming over later to can with me in my kitchen. I’ll be posting recipes next week for the jams/jelly that we’re making.

I had some on a breakfast sandwich this morning. OMG, seriously the best egg/cheese sandwich EVER. I think I need to make a new batch of this stuff this weekend since I still have a ton of tomatoes.
